The A12 Tunable White is equipped with 61 multi-chip LEDs in the 15W class, each multi-chip LED carrying two cold-white and two warm-white chips. This mixture enables continuous adjustment of the colour temperature from 2800 Kelvin to 7500 Kelvin. The design of the optical system, the integrated egg crate included, ensures a very uniform illumination with an extraordinarily small proportion of stay light. Thus barn doors are needless in most cases. Another great advantage of the optical system is its zoom range, which can be continuously adjusted from 4°-48°, motorized. This variability of the aperture angle can be achieved for conventional white-light moving lights only by lens exchange or by application of an ancillary lens. The A12 Tunable White has of course an integrated radio DMX-module and it can be controlled by the Wireless TRX from JB-Lighting without and DMX cabling.
